New Council Is Good News For Euro Enigin Distributors
"Energy efficiency is a win-win. Globally, it could provide around one quarter of the emissions cuts necessary to halt global warming, and save businesses and households hundreds of billions of dollars per year in energy costs. What's more, these measures are relatively cheap, quick and easy to implement," said Steve Howard, CEO of the Climate Group.
These words were spoken after the Executive Council of the Euro-Mediterranean Energy Efficiency Forum have been announced and they of comprises leaders from government, NGOs, the private sector and academia, such as Steve Howard.
Another Council member, Professor Dr. Philippe Haspeslagh, Dean Vlerick Management School commented:
"It is important for executive decision makers to fully grasp the economic and ecological implications of the energy savings issue for their organizations. As business schools we have a responsibility to help push the envelope on this agenda."
The Council aims at stimulating the dialogue and debate around energy efficiency policy and programs in the European Union and Mediterranean basin to drive action around energy efficiency.
This is very encouraging news for all Enigin Distributors within Europe as it will deliver even more opportunities for them to be able to present to commerce, industry and the public sector their unique range of energy efficiency solutions from Enigin.
The Forum will set the tone for further initiatives from the alliance to educate and influence governments, businesses and individuals to think and act on energy efficiency and climate change.
As Enigin Distributors spread their influence across Europe and around the Mediterranean basin, the work of this Forum will underline what they have been telling their clients about the importance financially and environmentally of measured, intelligent decisions on energy management.
