Enigin Update - Azerbaijan Target 30% Energy Saving

AZERBAIJAN plan to cut energy consumption by 30 percent between 2011 and 2013, revealed Sabig Abdullayev, today.

Abdullayev is the head of the Technical Regulation and Standardization department, part of Azerbaijan’s State Committee for Standardization, Metrology and Patents.

"The State Committee has prepared the final draft of a state program for energy saving standards. The project has been agreed with relevant organizations and submitted to the leadership of the country by the Cabinet of Ministers for consideration," Abdullaev said today.

He explained that by using 70 new energy saving standards it will lead to a 30 percent saving in energy across the country.

"It is possible to achieve such a reduction of energy consumption by using the latest technologies, modern equipment, systems of quality control during production, transportation of energy resources and other areas," Abdullayev concluded.

Enigin Distributors in the region have the tools and solutions available, for businesses and organisations, in the shape of Enigin's leading edge technology to help achieve energy efficiencies while sustaining production and service.

Using Enigin's real-time energy management system Eniscope control of energy and utilising it in the most cost effective way reduces financial costs while cutting back on green house gas emissions.
